Ozo Hotels Arena Amsterdam

Spacious room and great city view, but tourist tax confusion during check-in was frustrating.

The room was bright and impressive and I liked the chic-style building. The breakfast was satisfactory with variety of food.

This was a chic low cost hotel in a perfect location. There were a safe, central heating and an iron in the room, loved that. The service was good during all my fine stay. All the facilities were good.

All fine, but breakfast choices mediocre experience

Staying at ozo hotels arena was a nice escape! My room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hotel had great lounges where we could relax. I loved that there was a fitness center to keep up with workouts. Plus, the location was pretty convenient since it was just a short walk to the metro.

but, the check-in process was a bit confusing and quite slow.

The poor Sunday service left me frustrated, especially when the staff refused my request for coffee despite being able to make it for someone else. This spoiled an otherwise decent stay.

The hot tub was perfect, and the comfy lounge area made it easy to unwind. I really liked having the terrace garden to sip coffee in the morning and the quiet TV room was a nice touch, too. One small hiccup was a delayed response to my request for extra towels, but that didn't stop me from enjoying my stay 😊

The bed was super comfy. Unfortunately, the WiFi was really poor

The metro station was just a 5-minute walk away. The staff helped us with everything we needed, exceeding expectations from my last visit.

This place was a strong match for a flying visit in Amsterdam at a decent price. The bed was super comfy and the room was super clean. Make sure to ask for extra coffee and sugar ahead of time.

Comfortable Stay with Transport Convenience

We spent a night here and it was super convenient to get to with public transport. The room was clean and the bed comfy, so got a good night's sleep. One bummer was the breakfast-it had decent options, but a bit pricey for what you get.
